2023/2024 Community Fees…
For the current financial year 1 October 2023 to 30 September 2024 the community fees are as follows :

| 3 bed apartment | 878.76€ | 703.01 € |
| Penthouse apartments ending 14 | 898.73 € | 718.98 € |
| Penthouse apartments ending 15 | 908.72 € | 726.98 € |
| Apartment number 915 | 918.71 € | 734.97 € |
Fees paid within the first month of each quarter receive a 20% discount.
Action will be taken against owners who have an outstanding balance at the end of any given quarter as agreed at the AGM held 28 November 2016
