Who provides security?
The Community currently has 24 hour concierge and security provided by Cristobal Perujo, Juanjo Marquez, Samuel Herrera and Cristobal Gavira – all are employed directly by the Community. They work a shift rota system of 3 days 8am-8pm and then 3 days off. They alternate between working 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am. If one of them is on holiday they work 4 days on and 2 days off. The concierges chose this shift pattern themselves.
What are their duties?
Their duties incorporate checking entry of all cars and pedestrians to Phase 1, checking ID where necessary, patrolling the grounds especially during the night and checking that all garden and street lights are functioning and reporting problems when necessary.
The concierge also has the paddle tennis racquets.
The concierge can also be called upon to assist with any problems e.g. noisy neighbours, problems at the pool area etc where he will act as an intermediary. You can call the concierge office on 22222 (internal system) or 952 669 516. You can also email email@example.com.
