Who insures the community?

The community has an insurance policy through Allianz.

What community insurance do we have?

The community has full cover on common and private buildings. Buildings and mains installations are covered against fire, water damage, breakage, electrical damage etc. Aesthetic damage to the building is not covered.

What do I, as an owner, have to insure?

Each owner also needs their own insurance. You should discuss with your insurance company what cover you need to put in place in conjunction with the community insurance.
