Water

The community water is supplied through the main water system. Water is stored in several large tanks which are housed in a room located underneath the main entrance road.

Who supplies our water?

Our water is supplied by Acosol

Each apartment has their own water meter and pays for their own private water consumption.
Water supplies for the gardens and swimming pools are paid for through the Community budget each year.

The cost of water has risen dramatically in recent times
and owners are asked to ensure that community water is not wasted.

Electricity

Electricity is supplied by Gas Natural

Where are the electricity meters?

The electricity meters, one for each apartment, are housed at the entrance to each block.
Separate meters for the pools are housed in the pool houses.
