Dear Owners, When our community was first established over 20 years ago non-Spanish TV was provided and the cost has always been included in the community fees. At that time and for many years the service was via Sky boxes and satellite. However when those options became unavailable the TV service had to be provided via the internet. It’s for an existing tenant who has lived in Phase 1 for many years but who now has to leave that apartment but who would love to stay in phase 1. Dear Fellow Owners, Unfortunately the heavy rain during March delayed some of the planned works. The pool tiling will now be done in April and the security camera installation was halted but has now recommenced. The rain always highlights various problems including the guttering to block 7 which has been cleared. We also now need to get the guttering in block 5 looked at.
