I am concerned about the statement made by this proposed working party on the concierges. They state: A sizeable number of owners are concerned about the high cost of the community fees in relation to other comparable communities. A sizeable number of owners - 14 owners out of 126 apartments have shown concern. Around 12% of all owners! Christmas BBQ and get together
Christmas get together with BBQ and international dishes on Saturday 20th December 2025 in the centro plaza from 4pm. Owners are invited to bring some food from their own country. Burgers and hot dogs will be provided. Some foto's from last Christmas get together.
