I am concerned about the statement made by this proposed working party on the concierges. They state: A sizeable number of owners are concerned about the high cost of the community fees in relation to other comparable communities.   A sizeable number of owners - 14 owners out of 126 apartments have shown concern. Around 12% of all owners! As already mentioned we will be holding the Summer BBQ on 28th June 2025 in the central plaza. I will supply the BBQ and around 50 Burgers, buns, onions etc. Patti will supply the ketchup, mustard, plates, cups etc. As in the past, if owners would like to bring food or drinks from their own country, that would be great. We will need 2 or 3 tables to put the food on. Please rely to the post if you are coming then we can get some idea of numbers [...]
