Fellow residents, This morning I stepped out of the elevator in block II. To my horror, I found a partially burned cigarette there. That's bad enough! Even worse, the cigarette hadn't been extinguished. I find this behavior alarming. I'm very curious to see who will come forward and say, "Sorry, that was me."

My wife and I are moving over in October and just trying to plan some detail. The wifi in the apartments - is that included in the maintenance charge? If not what does it cost and importantly, is it any good, i.e connecting TV boxes effectively and quick speeds online? I've never used it on my infrequent visits over the last 20 years.
