Re Nov. AGM meeting. I would like to make a suggestion re the next AGM location. To make it easier for owners to attend  I approached the owner of Paddys restaurant  bar to ask if we can hold novembers meeting there. He said not a problem and no charge.  He has held golf club awards there before so used to meetings. . the last one held at the offices in fuengirola was very difficult to get too for owners who have mobility issues in fact some owners did not attend [...]

hi, been here 3 weeks now this visit,  seen a couple of posts on late night issues. What I have been aware of the habit of putting a stone or brick in the downstairs portal door. Not just my block (9), but as I have driven out, 4,3,& 2 have had one of the doors wedged open. (on a walk around our lovely gardens yesterday, others were open too) Responsible owners should remove these objects, and perhaps encourage renters, family to do the same. We are concerned about what has been going on. Decisions are made or implemented without consultation. There is payment arrears from owners, of which we were not informed in advance. An arrangement has been made with this. It is unclear to us as owners how the arrears will be made up, whether the owners are still allowed to use or rent out the apartment. We have already inquired about this, but have not received a clear answer. The kiddie pool is a mess, no clarity on what the progress is. [...]
