Having problems with Internet connection. Getting red flashing light (LOS) on ZTE box connector. I have contacted DIGI breakdowns and they said they need my NIE number. I tried to explain the urbanisation set up the contract. Can anyone advise me what I should do. Also, I need to print some documents this morning, can anyone help or advise me where to go.
