Attempted Robbery/Intento de Robo

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY At 1am today (Sunday 29th October) there was an attempted break in to apartment 704. The owner heard the noise and disturbed the thief who then jumped off the balcony and ran away. The Guardia Civil were called and will return on Monday to carry out further investigations. I just wanted to make owners aware of this event. It is recommended that shutters are put down at night. August report 2017

Dear Owners, August, despite being hot, humid and busy, passed by without any major problems. The new area for the collection of the garden waste has now been completed and the skip removed from the parking bay on the left as you enter Phase 1. Carlos (2) returned for an additional week to finish pruning the perimeter hedges. July Report 2017

Dear Owners, The summer season is well underway and thankfully no major problems have arisen this month. General maintenance work continues and problems dealt with as and when they arise which are pretty constant. The new owners of apartment 409 have paid their legal obligation with regard to the debt on this property by paying the first two quarters of the current year plus three previous years.
