Dear Fellow Owners, Unfortunately the heavy rain during March delayed some of the planned works. The pool tiling will now be done in April and the security camera installation was halted but has now recommenced. The rain always highlights various problems including the guttering to block 7 which has been cleared. We also now need to get the guttering in block 5 looked at.
