Fellow residents, This afternoon I stepped out of the elevator in block II. To my horror, I found yet another (!) burnt cigarette. That's the second one today!!!! This cigarette was lying on the sidewalk in front of the entrance. This is truly awful. And dangerous. This cigarette hadn't been put out either. I find this behavior disturbing. I'm very curious to see who will come forward and say, "Sorry, that was me."

Goodmorning! When we were walking with our dog this morning (08.30) there was (and still is) dog poop at the entrance of the parking garage. Yuck! Owner of this dog: please come clean it up. That's how we keep La Cala Hills clean. Thank you. P.s. I assume that when you go to the toilet yourself, you also clean up/flush your own needs.😉

The pool is currently being used intensively. Curious when it will be cleaned and whether and how often the water will be checked. We are also experiencing that guests/residents from other Fases than no  1 of the pool come to use it. With peak pressure at the moment, the proposal to prevent this by closing the access gate at the entrance. So that Fase no 1 is only accessible to our own guests/residents.
