The pool is currently being used intensively. Curious when it will be cleaned and whether and how often the water will be checked. We are also experiencing that guests/residents from other Fases than no  1 of the pool come to use it. With peak pressure at the moment, the proposal to prevent this by closing the access gate at the entrance. So that Fase no 1 is only accessible to our own guests/residents. We are concerned about what has been going on. Decisions are made or implemented without consultation. There is payment arrears from owners, of which we were not informed in advance. An arrangement has been made with this. It is unclear to us as owners how the arrears will be made up, whether the owners are still allowed to use or rent out the apartment.
