Hi Patti, The elevator touch pad on the ground floor of Block 5 isn't working once again. Not sure if this happens in other blocks.  Unfortunately, this is a recurring problem in ours (every other month) despite the company coming and doing quick fixes. Is it possible to ask them to come & fix it once and for all. Thanks for your diligence.

Hi Patti, DIGI never came & we still don't have our Internet switched. And today we don't have Internet at all.  Whilst we appreciate all your efforts in managing this transition process we're extremely  disappointed that we're not done yet. I don't understand how other apartments in our Block are done  and ours isn't. Plus, the guards tell me that DIGI never even showed up yesterday, the last day of Avatel inet.
