Hi Patti,I wanted to raise a concern regarding the spare keys for our apartment (103).This afternoon, my daughter in law found herself locked out and went to the concierge to collect the spare keys that are held there. However, the concierge was unable to find them. This is the second time we have encountered this problem. On the previous occasion, the keys were eventually located in the drawer.I have asked Sally Cronin (101) to follow up on our behalf.
