It makes me sick to my stomach when dog owners let their dogs poop right in front of other people's doors. I believe the board has stated often enough that dogs must be kept on a leash in the community and outside of it as well, but some people are so antisocial that they completely ignore it. It is time that dogs' DNA is recorded so we can trace the owner of this dog poop. Gross, you should be ashamed to leave this behind for your fellow residents.
