Dear residents, we think it would be fun to organize a nice Christmas drink for our community on Saturday, December 21. Have Nicole suggested this and she thinks it is a nice initiative. If everyone brings their own drinks and something to eat, we can get to know each other better while enjoying a snack and a drink. Open question to Nicole y Patti, Digimobil.es are currently laying high speed fiber optic cables in La Cala Hills with a lot faster speed than Avatel (Vozplus) Maybe its time we get a price off them for the communities 126 apartments? Last years accounts show - Vozplus internet - 27,442.42 Euros TV maintenance Pacheco - 4,425.68 Euros Total - 31,868.10 Euros (252,92 euros per apartment per year) I am pretty sure we could strike a deal to get 600 mbps per apartment at 10 euros per month with Digimobil.es [...]
Air conditioning remote
Does anyone here in phase one have a spare Mitsubishi air conditioner remote control. One of ours is broken. We are in 109 many thanks
