I thought it was agreed that vehicles cannot Park outside block one that's why a yellow line and planters were placed there. Over the last couple of weeks the planters have been moved and many cars are parking there. This makes it difficult to drive up or down when faced with on-coming traffic. Did the residents get consulted about this change if so when?

Hi I own a property in phase 1 and I'm coming over in April. Hello everybody, because of the drought would it also a good idea to put rain barrels in the patio garden to catch the rain when it's raining? By Amazon there is for example a rain barrel which can catch 240 liter of water (about 100 euro's per barrel). This water could be used for the garden. It's a waste of rainwater when it's raining; we 'loose' a lot than. Maybe there's some money left of the community fees because the water use is less and that's spares money. And that [...]
