I thought it was agreed that vehicles cannot Park outside block one that's why a yellow line and planters were placed there. Over the last couple of weeks the planters have been moved and many cars are parking there. This makes it difficult to drive up or down when faced with on-coming traffic. Did the residents get consulted about this change if so when?

Hi I own a property in phase 1 and I'm coming over in April. Could someone please tell me where I can find out how much I owe for municipal charges (rubbish collection mainly I think) and where I go to pay it (can I do it online)?
