It’s August and many owners are renting out their apartments to family or via agencies or via Airbnb etc. This is causing major issues to the owners who are here. A lot of owners are peeved off for a variety of reasons: Excessive noise, talking all night on terraces, loud music.

We heard this afternoon that there is a bacteria in the pool. We reported this to the concierge. He indicated that he would take immediate action. We wonder how often (per day) is the swimming water checked? Martin & Mariet Kamphuis app 214

Re Nov. AGM meeting. I would like to make a suggestion re the next AGM location. To make it easier for owners to attend  I approached the owner of Paddys restaurant  bar to ask if we can hold novembers meeting there. He said not a problem and no charge.  He has held golf club awards there before so used to meetings. . the last one held at the offices in fuengirola was very difficult to get too for owners who have mobility issues in fact some owners did not attend [...]
