Hi all. We recently bought a 3 bed apartment and have noticed our electricity bills are high. Apparently, this is because we are on a very high potencia tariff. Can anyone advise how low we can sensibly go without appliances tripping out?

Swimmingpool block 7.           Are there any progress in finding out what to do with the leak???    Now the pumps are working all day long- isn’t that waste of money for electricity??

I am concerned about the statement made by this proposed working party on the concierges. They state: A sizeable number of owners are concerned about the high cost of the community fees in relation to other comparable communities.   A sizeable number of owners - 14 owners out of 126 apartments have shown concern. Around 12% of all owners!
