COMMITTEE MEETING 12 DEC 2015

At the Committee Meeting on 12 Dec the following items were discussed :

1. Our concierge Juan is waiting for an operation, in 2-3 months time, to alleviate fluid on his brain. He also suffered a minor stroke. We must continue to pay him until doctors confirm that he will be unable to return to work.
2. An updated list of debtors was presented.
3. The work to swimming pool 3 will begin in January 2016. The company carrying out the works were prepared to start in December but it was decided to wait until after the holidays. In the meantime the gardeners will be asked to clean the pool area which is unsightly.
4. The work to leaks in swimming pool 2 would be completed in the coming week.
5. It was agreed to buy Christmas gifts of food hampers for 11 workers in the community – concierges, cleaners, gardeners and maintenance workers.
6. We have a new concierge called Cristobal who has taken over Juan’s duties.
7. It was requested that lights stay on slightly longer in Block 8.
8. The pruning of the palm trees is continuing.
9. The store rooms of 414 and 415 which were affected by flooding will be painted.
10. A letter will be sent to one owner and one renter regarding their parking of commercial vehicles in the community.
11. A letter will be sent to Property Plus requesting that they do not rent out properties to people with commercial vehicles or dogs.
12. A Christmas party will be held at 8pm on 23rd December in the garage of block 9 for all residents.

THE NEXT COMMITTEE MEETING WILL BE HELD IN THE SQUARE ON 16TH JANUARY AT MIDDAY. ANY OWNERS WHO WISH TO ATTEND ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO DO SO.
