At the meeting of the Governing Board on 2 April the following was discussed :
*Pool number 3 is finished, we are only waiting for the papers from the
Town Hall.
*The
President is studying reducing the cost of life maintenance by possibly installing LED lights and for the lights to only operate when the lift is in use. Mr Rolf said he thought the savings would be minimal and that bigger savings could be made on the pool pumps and reducing costs in several blocks.
We are going
to send a letter to all owners reminding them that NO appliances are allowed in store rooms.
From 04 of April the use of the swimming pool pumps will be reduced.
*Court cases are in process against 409 and 501.
*The gardeners have begun improvements in front of each block.
*Benches around the community have been re-painted.
*604 have been advised they have painted their terrace the wrong colour.
