June Report 2017

Dear Owners,

Things have been relatively peaceful during June other than
the spate of burglaries in the wider La Cala Hills community. Thankfully Phase 1 was not targeted and I
have not heard of any further reports in the last couple of weeks so hopefully
that problem has gone away.

Gerardo and I continue to try and reduce the debtors list by
liaising with those owners who do have a debt with the community. Our new community lawyer discovered that
apartment 409 was sold at the end of last year and is now owned by a property
company in Madrid. Gerardo is in regular
contact with them to resolve the issue of the outstanding considerable debt
owed to the community.

All the internal gardens are now tiled and plants will be
placed in each area.

The lock on the left hand gate at the entrance to block 8
has been changed as some owners were experiencing difficulties. New keys are with the concierge to be issued
to owners.

All three concierges are now covered by an insurance policy
which protects the community in the event of a work related accident.

We are now paying Voz Plus the increased amount for fibre
optic for all the apartments. If there
are owners who still have not had fibre optic connected they should make
arrangements for it to be installed.

Carlos, our gardener, returned to work at the end of the
month following his successful operation.

The work to repair the floor tiles to Pool 1 will need to
wait until after the summer as it is now too hot to carry out the work. The pool is currently open for use.
