On Friday 19
January between 7pm and 10pm apartment 108 was broken into. They gained access via the lounge window and,
as happened in apartment 601, removed the safe.
Other occupants of the block heard banging but did not report it. Please, if you hear noise at an unusual hour
of the day, report it to the concierge on duty so it can be investigated. Once again, it is recommended that doors and
windows have locks and that shutters are down when you are out. Phase 1 is clearly being targeted and
therefore everyone needs to be extra vigilant.

El viernes 19 de enero, entre las 7 p.m. y las 10
p.m., personas desconocidas entraron al apartamento 108. Accedieron a través de
la ventana del salón y, como sucedió en el apartamento 601, quitaron la caja
fuerte. Otros ocupantes del bloque oyeron golpes, pero no lo informaron. Por
favor, si escucha ruido en una hora inusual del día, repórtelo al conserje de
servicio para que pueda ser investigado. Una vez más, se recomienda que las
puertas y ventanas tengan cerraduras y que las persianas estén bajas cuando
salgas. La fase 1 está siendo claramente punto atención por parte de los
ladrones y, por lo tanto, todos deben ser más vigilante.
