During February we had to carry out repairs once again to the main gate, install a new TV amplifier in block 7 and repair the garage door of block 3. New sun parasols have been installed at all three pools with 3 extra being added at pool 2 and 2 extra at pool 1.

On 19th February our lawyer attended court regarding a claim against the community from a cleaning company which the previous President dismissed without giving the correct notice some years ago. The company were claiming 12,000 euros but a settlement of 4,900 was agreed. Of this sum 1,600 had been paid by our previous administrator so we therefore have to pay 3,300 euros once we receive the relevant paperwork from the Court.

The community library in block 3 is being moved from the community storeroom to the storeroom of apartment 314.  The owner of 314 will be renting the community storeroom from 1st March. The concierge will continue to have a key to access the library.

The cleaner working in Phase 1 has been changed from Graziela to another lady called Raquel.  This was the decision of the company that provides our cleaning service as Graziela had some personal isssues which were affecting her job.

Our gardener, Inuso, is going to be away from 12 March until 26 April visiting his family in Burkina Faso.  A replacement will be provided who, it is intended, will spend a few days with Inuso before he leaves for his holiday.

Pool 2 will be closed from Monday 2 March to allow time for the pool to be emptied and to dry out before work to install steps begins on March 9th.  Maintenance work to the tiles and grouting will also be carried out during this time.
