Cristobal is now recovering at home from his operation on his femur , following his accident, and once that has healed the doctors will decide what to do about his knee injuries. I don’t think it’s likely that we will see him back at work this year unfortunately.
We have yet another pool leak, this time it is in the children’s pool at Pool 2. Jorge is trying to establish the source of the leak but if he is unable to do so we will have to call in a specialist company to investigate the problem.
Maintenance work carried out in May included the palm trees being pruned and the tiles on the ground floor of block 8, that had lifted, being replaced. There is a similar problem with the right hand entrance of block 9 with the floor tiles. Jorge has had to order tiles, as the ones we have always used have been replaced by slightly smaller ones, so he has been trying to source the same size as the existing tiles. As soon as he has the tiles the repair work will be done.

Tenemos otro escape de agua en la piscina infantil de la piscina 2. Jorge ha estado intentando encontrar el origen del escape pero no ha podido, por lo que tendremos que consultar a una compañía especializada
Los trabajos de mantenimiento de mayo se han centrado en la poda de las palmeras y las losetas de la planta baja del bloque 8, que se han reemplazado. Hay un problema similar con entrada derecha del bloque 9. Jorge está intentando localizar azulejos del mismo tamaño que los que tenemos, ya que los que venden ahora son un poco más pequeños que los nuestros. Tan pronto como los encuentre los cambiará.
