Cristobal Gavira

Dear Owners,

On Friday morning on his way home from work Cristobal Gavira, one of our concierges, had a serious accident on his motorbike and is currently in hospital. He broke his femur, which has been operated on, and shattered one of his knees which the doctors are still deciding how best to repair. Cristobal’s wife is 6 months pregnant and Cristobal had planned to take 16 weeks paternity leave when his baby arrives early August. It seems unlikely that Cristobal will return to work before starting his paternity leave. His replacement, who has worked with us previously, is Jose Luis and he will be with us until Cristobal is able to return to work.

I will leave a card for Cristobal in the concierge office if anybody would like to sign it. Any owners that are not here, who would like to send him a message, can email me and I will include your message with the card.

El viernes por la mañana, cuando regresaba a casa desde el trabajo, uno de nuestros conserjes,  Cristóbal Gavira, tuvo un accidente con la moto y se encuentra en el hospital. Se ha roto el fémur, del que ha sido operado, y destrozado la rodilla, de la cual los médicos están decidiendo todavía cómo tratar. La mujer de Cristóbal está embarazada de seis meses y él estaba planeando tomarse las 16 semanas de paternidad cuando naciera el bebé en agosto. No parece probable que Cristóbal regrese a trabajar antes de su baja por paternidad. Su reemplazo, que ya trabajó con nosotros previamente, es Jose Luis, que estará con nosotros hasta que Cristóbal pueda volver a reincorporarse.

Voy a dejar una tarjeta para Cristóbal en la conserjería para cualquiera que quiera firmarla. Cualquier propietario que no esté aquí que quisiera enviarle un mensaje puede mandármelo por correo y yo lo incluiré en la tarjeta.
