We are concerned about what has been going on.
Decisions are made or implemented without consultation.
There is payment arrears from owners, of which we were not informed in advance. An arrangement has been made with this. It is unclear to us as owners how the arrears will be made up, whether the owners are still allowed to use or rent out the apartment. We have already inquired about this, but have not received a clear answer.
The kiddie pool is a mess, no clarity on what the progress is.

The solar panels story smells like ‘contaminated’. Who would think of approaching a company from England for this. Partly considering the service. And what else to mention.
Really very worrying the difference in electricity costs that have been specified and that Roger has sorted out.
Our question to you is: isn’t it time to gain insight into the invoices that are received by the administration and the payments that are made. And not according to a statement. But the real bills. And the real bank statements.
We have a bad feeling about the whole situation. We not alone. We hear from several owners who express their concerns. But have not yet communicated this as we do now.
If we are unnecessarily concerned, we would like to hear about it.
