Dear Owners, A week ago our concierge Sam was involved in an accident on his motorbike which involved him being hit from behind. Although he thought he was OK he suffered whiplash type injuries and has now been signed off work to recover and undertake physio. Luckily, Richard, who covered during the holiday period, is available to cover Sam's shifts until he is able to return to work. Kind regards Patti

Our concierge Cristobal Gavira was rostered to work Thursday 1 January and Friday 2 January day shift. Unfortunately his father in law passed away on New Year’s Eve so Cristobal will not be at work these two days. As the other Cristobal and Jose Luis are on rest days there will be no daytime concierge cover. Sam will be working the night shift these two days. Apologies for any inconvenience but I’m sure you understand in the circumstances. Patti
