Dear Owners, Unfortunately, there has recently been a spate of burglaries in the Urbanisation – in Phases 4 and 5, Las Lomas and Montebello and yesterday in Phase 3. It is hard to get exact information but it would appear that access is being gained at night via unlocked windows and doors. There is some suggestion, although it is unconfirmed, that gas is being used. Dear owners Just to give you an update to pool 1 the leak has been repaired free of charge by our pool maintenance company. They have advised that it is now too hot to carry out the repairs to the floor tiles so this will have to wait until the temperatures drop after the summer. Patti

Dear Owners, April has been a calmer month and much has been achieved. The temporary plant pots that were in place outside Block 1 have been replaced with long, low planters plus 3 large palms in big pots. We went for long and low planters because the big pots that were there temporarily were being blown over in high winds. As I said last month the overwhelming response has been very positive. Dear Owners I’m delighted to advise you that as of yesterday the heat pumps to pool 2 were finally reinstated. The temperature yesterday of the pool was 18 degrees and this morning it was 21. I know it’s late in the season but we finally got there and at a fraction of the prices we were originally quoted. Patti
