At the meeting of the Governing Board on 14 May the following items were discussed : * The President spoke about the three estimates that were obtained for the improvements to the garden areas outside each block. * The President reported that the holders of the swimming pool parasols had been changed from wood to metal. * The situation regarding the concierge Juan (No. 1) was discussed. At the meeting of the Governing Board on 2 April the following was discussed : *Pool number 3 is finished, we are only waiting for the papers from the Town Hall. *The President is studying reducing the cost of life maintenance by possibly installing LED lights and for the lights to only operate when the lift is in use.
