Dear Owners, Following today’s AGM I thought a brief summary would be useful although, of course, you will all receive the Minutes in due course. 1. Approval was given to change the limit at which we take action against debtors from 1,500 euros to any balance outstanding at the end of a quarter. 2. At the meeting of the Governing Board on 14 May the following items were discussed : * The President spoke about the three estimates that were obtained for the improvements to the garden areas outside each block. * The President reported that the holders of the swimming pool parasols had been changed from wood to metal. * The situation regarding the concierge Juan (No. 1) was discussed. At the meeting of the Governing Board on 2 April the following was discussed : *Pool number 3 is finished, we are only waiting for the papers from the Town Hall. *The President is studying reducing the cost of life maintenance by possibly installing LED lights and for the lights to only operate when the lift is in use.
