Dear Neighbours, We own today appartment 612 & 615, which is combined with stairs between the two floors. We are thinking about selling appartment 612, and therefore need a constructor to regenerate the concrete between the two appartments Does anyone here have any advice on which company to use for this ? We are also thinking about renovation the appartments, so also advice on which craftsmen to use for this - need someone who does a good job and are reliable! Hi everyone, has anybody picked up and recovered a dark grey cushion  from our patio set, it may have got blown over the terrace in high winds? It would be near the Garage entrance or close by near  block 3  probably in the last 3 weeks? The last we lost the actual chair and the gardener recovered it thanks in advance Teresa

Fellow residents, This afternoon I stepped out of the elevator in block II. To my horror, I found yet another (!) burnt cigarette. That's the second one today!!!! This cigarette was lying on the sidewalk in front of the entrance. This is truly awful. And dangerous. This cigarette hadn't been put out either. I find this behavior disturbing. I'm very curious to see who will come forward and say, "Sorry, that was me."
