Dear Owners, November proved to be a busy month with preparations for the AGM and dealing with problems around the community. Dear Owners, There were no major issues to contend with during October. We did have some heavy rain but no problems arose in any of the blocks. Some minor repairs took place – a leak to the children’s pool 2 was repaired; a water leak in block 1 was repaired and roof tiles to block 5 were replaced. ATTEMPTED ROBBERY At 1am today (Sunday 29th October) there was an attempted break in to apartment 704. The owner heard the noise and disturbed the thief who then jumped off the balcony and ran away. The Guardia Civil were called and will return on Monday to carry out further investigations. I just wanted to make owners aware of this event. It is recommended that shutters are put down at night.
