Dear Owners,
November was a busy month – all the palm trees were pruned by an outside company, the pump to Pool 1 was repaired, two new arms were fitted to the main entrance gate and repairs to guttering were carried out in blocks 2 and 9. An accumulation of rubbish in the storeroom of apartment 409 was cleared and the rats, which had been in that storeroom, disappeared with the rubbish. Those rats may have been the ones who chewed through a fibre optic cable which affected the community TV in block 1 which has been replaced.
Tomi remains signed off although he did visit Phase 1 on 13th November and it was good to see him. His recovery is slow but hopefully he will be able to return to work soon. In the meantime Samuel continues to cover Tomi’s shifts.
The AGM was well attended and was constructive and positive. The Minutes are currently being finalised and will be sent to all owners as soon as they are ready. There are some issues relating to the changing of the gardening company which we are still trying to resolve.
