Dear Owners,

September presented us with a new leak in Pool 2. The pipe responsible has been located and work to repair it begun. The entrance floor to block 3 was repaired.

We had problems with the community cleaner after Raquel, who had been with us for some time, decided to leave. Her replacement was not fulfilling the contracted hours so she has now been replaced. The company that supply the cleaner will credit the community with the hours that were not worked.

Community accounts have now been closed off in preparation for the AGM on 15 November.

En septiembre se ha detectado un nuevo escape de agua en la piscina 2. Se ha encontrado la tubería rota y se ha comenzado con la reparación. El suelo de la entrada del edificio 3 ha sido reparado.

Hemos tenido problemas con la limpieza de la comunidad después que Raquel, que ha estado trabajando con nosotros desde hace tiempo, decidiera irse. Su sustituta no ha estado trabajando las horas estipuladas, por lo que ha sido reemplazada. La compañía de limpieza recuperará las horas de limpieza no llevadas a cabo.

Las cuentas de la comunidad se han cerrado para la preparación de la reunión anual de propietarios el 15 de noviembre.
