Here is a quick summary of yesterday’s AGM. Full Minutes will be issued in due course.
1. Minutes of 2019 AGM were unanimously approved
2. Accounts for 2019/2020 were unanimously approved
3. Unanimous approval was given to take legal action against selected debtors if dialogue initially fails to resolve the situations before 31 December 2021
4. Community accounts for 2020/2021 were unanimously approved
5. Community officials remain the same
6. Budget was 2021/2022 was unanimously approved. Cuotas remain the same
7. An extra cuota to be paid in February was unanimously approved – the additional amounts to be paid are as follows:
2 bed apartments – 167.50
3 bed apartments – 220.00
Penthouses ending 14 – 225.00
Penthouses ending 15 – 227.50
Penthouse 915 – 230.00
8. The tiling of the outside of the padel tennis court wall in Mijas stone was unanimously approved
9. The option to change community bank account to potentially save 300 euros per year was rejected
10. The decision to no longer heat the pool at the rear of blocks 7 and 8 was unanimously approved
11. Requests were made by various owners to improve the padel tennis courts, clean the white stone around the pools and to remove the cobwebs from outside area of block 6 and pool fencing around pool 2

Aquí hay un breve resumen de la reunión de propietarios de ayer. Se enviarán las minutas completas a su debido tiempo.
- Las minutas de la RAP se aprueban de forma unánime.
- Las cuentas del 2019/20 se aprueban de forma unánime.
- Unánimemente se aprueba tomar acciones legales contra los propietarios deudores si no se soluciona su situación mediante el diálogo antes del 21/12/2021.
- Las cuentas del 2010/21 se aprueban de forma unánime.
- Los funcionarios de la comunidad siguen siendo los mismos
- El presupuesto 2021/2022 se aprueban de forma unanime. Las cuotas oficiales se mantienen igual.
- Se aprueba de forma unánime una cuota extra en febrero, con las siguientes cantidades:
Apartamento 2 hab – 167.50
Apartamento 3 hab – 220.00
Áticos que terminan en 14 – 225.00
Áticos que terminan en 15 – 227.50
Ático 915 – 230.00
8. Se aprueba el embaldosado de la pista de tenis en piedra de Mijas
9. Se rechaza la opción de cambiar la cuenta bancaria de la comunidad con la idea de ahorrar 300€
10. Se decide no calentar más el agua de la piscina detrás de los bloques 7 y 8.
11. Varios propietarios proponen mejorar las pistas de padel, limpiar la piedra blanca alrededor de las piscinas, quitar las telarañas de la zona exterior del bloque 6 y la valla alrededor de la piscina 2.
