December Report 2017

Dear Owners, Apart from the robbery in 601 there were no major problems during December. Our annual Christmas lights were switched on and the plants outside block 1 were replaced by poinsettias. Sadly high winds gave these delicate plants a battering so we will have to rethink for next year. Repairs to the outside of block 5 were finalised. Robo/Robbery

ROBO Entre el viernes dia 1 de diciembre y lunes tarde 4 de diciembre, el apartamento 601 sufrio un robo mientras lo propietarios no estaban. November Report 2017

Dear Owners, November proved to be a busy month with preparations for the AGM and dealing with problems around the community. Repairs were carried out to roof tiles in block 6, the garage door to block 7, new door closers were ordered for block 5 entrance and garage, work to alleviate damp problems in block 5 were carried out, the fountain clock was repaired, the pump to pool 1 was repaired and a blocked toilet in pool 2 was found to be the result of plant roots entering the [...]

October Report 2017

Dear Owners, There were no major issues to contend with during October. We did have some heavy rain but no problems arose in any of the blocks. Some minor repairs took place – a leak to the children’s pool 2 was repaired; a water leak in block 1 was repaired and roof tiles to block 5 were replaced. AGM 2017 Summary

Dear Owners, For those of you who were not at the AGM last Friday here is a summary of what was agreed. Obviously you will all receive the full Minutes as soon as they are finalised. 1.
