We are concerned!
We are concerned about what has been going on. Decisions are made or implemented without consultation. There is payment arrears from owners, of which we were not informed in advance. An arrangement has been made with this. It is unclear to us as owners how the arrears will be made up, whether the owners are still allowed to use or rent out the apartment. Repair work on our terrace / 214
Dear residents of La Cala Hills Phase 1 On Tuesday, March 21, it is planned (if it doesn't rain) that a contractor will come and carry out repair work on our terrace.
