At the meeting of the Governing Board on 14 May the following items were discussed : * The President spoke about the three estimates that were obtained for the improvements to the garden areas outside each block. * The President reported that the holders of the swimming pool parasols had been changed from wood to metal. * The situation regarding the concierge Juan (No. 1) was discussed. At the meeting of the Governing Board on 2 April the following was discussed : *Pool number 3 is finished, we are only waiting for the papers from the Town Hall. *The President is studying reducing the cost of life maintenance by possibly installing LED lights and for the lights to only operate when the lift is in use. At the Governing Board meeting held on 20 February the following items were discussed : *To pay the second 40% payment for work on Pool 3 to the swimming pool company *The company estimate work to Pool 3 will finish the first week of March depending on the weather *The President advised that several letters had been sent to Property Plus and to several owners about: -To Property Plus about their rentals and to be more strict with them about dogs, cars, cat and rules. -To 803 requesting they [...]

We are very sad to advise owners that the wife of our security guard Juan (No.1,) who is currently off work awaiting an operation, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on 25th February. Several members of the community attended her funeral and a wreath was sent from Phase 1. Our hearts go out to Juan at this very sad time.

We are holding a Christmas Party, for residents of Phase 1, on Wednesday 23rd December at 8pm in the garage of block 9. Please bring contributions of food and drink. We look forward to seeing everyone.
